Golf performance physical therapy

Your swing is connected to the body making it.

Flex Point combines physical therapy, strength and movement analysis with a Titleist Performance Institute-informed approach. The purpose is not to replace your golf professional or rebuild your swing. It is to identify how your mobility, strength, balance and control may influence what happens when you swing.

What a golf physical assessment looks at

The assessment connects golf-relevant movement screens with your injury history, physical goals and current swing concerns. It may examine hip and thoracic mobility, shoulder motion, balance, lower-body control, strength, power and the ability to separate or sequence body segments.

For golfers with pain and golfers who want more

You do not need to be injured. Golf performance care may be useful if discomfort changes your swing, you struggle to access a position, you are losing speed, you fatigue late in a round or you want a more purposeful off-course training plan.

Rehab and performance belong together

Traditional rehabilitation often ends when pain improves. Golf performance requires enough mobility, strength and control to tolerate practice, walking, speed work and repeated swings. Flex Point bridges that gap so you can return with more confidence.

Serving Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls golfers

Flex Point works with golfers across the Chippewa Valley and maintains relationships throughout the local golf community. Assessments and follow-up training are designed to complement your PGA professional, swing coach or club fitter.

Match it to the TPI screen

Compare what appears in the swing with mobility, strength, balance and control findings from the physical assessment.

The value is in the connection: the swing video shows what is happening; the TPI physical assessment helps determine what your body can and cannot yet do comfortably and consistently.
