One-on-one care in the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin

Insurance and payment

Simple, transparent care without insurance-driven treatment decisions.

Flex Point is a cash-based physical therapy practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows appointment length, treatment decisions and progression to be based on your goals rather than a payer’s visit rules.

Payment at the time of service

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. The appointment type and current price are shown in the Jane booking portal before scheduling.

Out-of-network reimbursement

An itemized receipt or superbill can be provided on request. You may submit it to your insurance plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your plan and cannot be guaranteed by Flex Point.

HSA and FSA funds

Eligible healthcare services may be paid using HSA or FSA funds. Eligibility can depend on the service and your specific plan, so contact your plan administrator when you need confirmation.

Veteran discount

Veterans receive 10% off Flex Point services as a thank-you for their service. Appointments booked through another clinic or organization may follow that location’s separate pricing and policies.
